Dunas À Vista Property Management – The history
In 2007 we purchased a small management company after having worked for them for over four years doing small renovations and most repairs.
Since then the company has expanded to include both our children in the buisness, and with our extensive knowledge of the trade, have continued to flourish.
With a view of keeping a balance between financial sustainability and service quality we continue to maintain a varied list of properties in the triangle area.
Attempting to keep properties within easy reach of each other to maximise response tImes during rentals and keeping our running costs sensible, we tend to stay in this area.
Our main objective is to maintain a high standard of client relation and delivery of their needs and requests, wether it be a rental property or a holiday home
We undertake small apartments as well as the larger villas with adjusted costs and packages.
